Challenge of the Day - Day 5 (7 January 2021)

Pack a Healthy Lunch

Continuing on with a previous challenge (Prepare your environment for tomorrow), today I challenge you to pack a healthy lunch. Here are a few snack ideas:

- Chia Pudding (4tbsp Chia seeds and 1 cup milk of choice, refrigerated overnight. Top with berries)

- Apple "pizza" (apples thinly sliced and used as a base for ingredients like yogurt, peanut butter, berries, bananas, dried cranberries or raisins)

- avocado toast (toast with sliced avocado and sauce of choice)
