Practice Gratitude

"Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance" - Eckhart Tolle

Take a moment today to write (hand-written) a note to somebody you are grateful for and mail or hand-deliver it to them. Try to thank them or acknowledge them for something they do that is not material. Consider the neighbor who cheerfully says 'hello' or the friend who checks in regularly. Whoever and whatever it is you are grateful for, acknowledge it and let the other person know.

If you cannot find the time to hand-write a personal note, a sincere "Thank You" to somebody in your life will do:

"Thank You for making me coffee this morning"
"Thank You for warming up my car"
"Thank You for eating all the chocolate in the house, so I wouldn't have to" (haha)
